34. Used cars are assessed and valued as per the best of the abilities and knowledge available with the jmdcars.com. The same is done in good faith. Jmdcars.com expects the buyer and seller apply their own mind before entering any transaction.

35. Jmdcars.com does not physically examine all the cars. Further, Jmdcars.com cannot control or warrant the behaviour of the users of the Services. As such, your use of this section is at your own risk, and jmdcars.com disclaims any liability with regard to use of the Services and any actions resulting from your or any other party's participation in the Services.

NOTICES:
